Prefer gathering outdoors? Our rooftop lounge, The Cannon Ball Lounge, offers expansive views of the Wholesale District from the sixth floor complete with midcentury-modern vibes. Groups can also gather out on The Hulman's open-air patio, The Paddock, allowing you to entertain in style among the sights and sounds of the city. Choose from our extensive menu selections for options that will satisfy all of your group's needs. Hotel Indy offers group reservation services, so each individual guest can book at their convenience. Group booking tools allow you to view your active guest list and provide every member of your party access to mobile check-in.

A Place for Modern Mavericks

Paying tribute to Indy's icons, our meeting space provides quiet and private space for your business. Book your next meeting in Icon, named for Major Taylor, one of Indy's most iconic bicycle racers. Icon is 800 sq. ft. with a capacity of 60 people, and Rebel is 400 sq. ft. with a capacity of 12 people. Host a board meeting in Rebel and pay tribute to the "King of Cool" Steve McQueen who hailed from Indiana. Up to twelve people can gather inside this space, and pre-function areas are available if necessary.

Looking for spaces to take your meeting to the next level? We offer all kinds of options for the modern meeting planner or group. Join us amongst the Indy skyline at The Cannon Ball Lounge, the newest rooftop bar downtown, for a sunrise breakfast before your meeting starts. Take lunchtime out of the meeting space and elevate the comfort of by dining outside of the meeting space on our green couches within The Hulman for a private lunch space or private dinner. For family events, board meetings or private dining, enjoy The 1945, our private dining room. Join us on our seasonal outdoor patio space, The Paddock, for lively events and gatherings.
